Indiana’s 4th birthday party was an intimate event, shared between just 5 pre-school friends and 2 big sisters.

Leanne Ambrogio, Indi’s Mum and owner of Sweet Style, photographed, planned and styled the entire event herself. ‘I have a very clean, crisp, uncluttered style with most things I do. I love involving white and I don’t like too much busyness. A few cute and simple details is perfect in my eye!’ Leanne said.

The theme for the party was inspired by the delightful confetti invitations from Style Me Gorgeous. Leanne loved this invitation the minute it came out and knew that one day she would style a party with this theme. ‘Luckily, Indi loved the theme and was so excited when I showed her the design,’ Leanne told us.

Leanne used white as her base and then added in the confetti themed decorations. There were huge confetti filled balloons, a colourful desserts table, a hanging confetti garland and the cutest kids sized table and chairs. Even the menu continued the confetti theme, with sprinkle covered donuts, sprinkle covered cookies, sprinkle covered rice bubble bars, fairy bread (of course) and delicious strawberry milk with sprinkles on the rim of the bottle.

Leanne says her best piece of advice for creating a beautiful party like Indiana’s is to keep it small and intimate. A simple party with some special details and a lovely party entertainer will make for a birthday that your child won’t forget.
