On November 8, 2014 we held another amazing HOORAY! workshop! This time we headed up to Sydney to learn all about wedding planning with Georgie from After the Rock. Students arrived bright and early Saturday morning to the incredible Aqua Dining. Seriously, wait until you see the images below, the view was spectacular! Everyone agreed that there was no better place to start their weekend, plus the room was made even more beautiful with fresh blooms provided by Maggie May Flowers. After a quick introduction, Georgie got down to business, sharing all of her acquired tips and tricks for wedding planning after years of experience in the industry. In particular, she focused on negotiating like a pro, which many admitted was a pretty scary subject for them. Then it was time for breakfast, served up fresh by the Aqua Dining team. Set outside on the balcony, the buffet table was filled with an array of delicious pastries and fresh fruit, and as students sat to devour their food, everyone was once again captivated by the view! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. For her second session, Georgie spoke about ‘the fun factor,’ ‘the most perfect day’ and ‘the ultimate time save and cheap insurance’. By this time, students were full of questions, all of which Georgia answered with ease. Once it was over, we sent everyone home with a bunch of Maggie May flowers and their StyleSesh goodie bags, with gifts thanks to Coco DayDream, Koch & Co, Liz Jones Cosmetics, The Clinic, Flow Athletic and PeppaHart.
