Six tips on throwing a last minute thanksgiving dinner

Uh oh. You’ve left your thanksgiving dinner to the last minute (again!) and now you’re as good as a stuffed turkey? Well our Northerner friends, we’re here to save the day for you!
We’ve pulled together six tips for throwing a last-minute thanksgiving dinner with your nearest and dearest. You can thank us later!
1. Bake a pumpkin pie
This one’s a must! After all, what’s a thanksgiving dinner without some pumpkin pie? If you’re super short on time, head to the shops to buy a pre-made pumpkin pie, then add a cute phrase like the examples below to give your pie a personal touch. 2. String up a garland
Add instant wow-factor to your dining room with a thanksgiving inspired garland. Simple, effective and a quick way to add punch to your styling!

3. Create a centrepiece
Simply grab some florals, fresh red apples or orange pumpkins, candles and foliage and whip together a festive centrepiece. It’ll be super quick to pull together and it’ll trick your guests into thinking you’ve been planning your decor for weeks!

4. Focus on place settings
What could be more exciting for guests than sitting down at a thanksgiving table and finding a stunning place setting? It won’t take much effort and you’ll make your guests feel all warm and fuzzy inside as soon as they take their seat.

5. Make a thanksgiving-inspired dessert
We love these super cute thanksgiving inspired desserts. Whip up a quick batch of cookies or mini cakes to have your guests oooh-ing and ahh-ing after dinner has been served.
