Based in Victoria, Australia, Claire frequently officiates weddings in Melbourne, Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula (but that doesn’t mean a trip further afield is out of the question!).

Your first meeting with Claire is, in a way, the most important of all! She hears your story, listens to your desires, understands what your wedding vision is, and what it simply must include to show the world how important and special your relationship is.
As a bride who organised her own beautiful Melbourne wedding, a dear friend who has served as Matron of Honour, bridesmaid and Master of Ceremonies; a proud guest at dozens of weddings and Celebrant at a growing number across Gippsland and Melbourne, Claire Paterson appreciates the sweet, serene, feeling of raising a glass of sparkling in a toast to love, knowing that – behind the scenes – the i’s are dotted and t’s crossed.
A mother of three gorgeous children (including twins!) and amazing wife to one very lucky man, Gippsland-born Claire understands that sometimes it can be difficult to remember everything. She understands the stability of love, family, commitment and togetherness, and the importance of finding a local Celebrant who values your wedding, vow renewal or commitment ceremony as much as you do.
Claire’s personal stake in your wedding ceremony comes in the form of the knowledge and understanding required to handle all legalities on your behalf, the style to blend into your wedding vision, and the quiet control required to keep your ceremony (and guests) on track to the dance-floor.
