It features two unique venues, which host weddings, parties and cocktail events:
The Barn
The Barn makes it possible for all your guests to celebrate, with the ability to open up the dreamy courtyard and host 400 of your family and friends.
We love the rustic elements of The Barn with its exposed beams, sweeping ceilings and bold floorboards. Catering is made simple with a kitchen connected to the building through a separate entrance.
Art Room
The newest addition to the Perth City Farm is the Art Room, which has a similar rustic feel to The Barn. The white washed walls and large glass windows allow for complete creative control. Something that we think sets the Art Room apart is the ease of street access, which allows for a wide variety of catering options including food trucks.

Meet Perth City Farm
Historic venues and established gardens create the perfect contrast of urban and natural elements… making Perth City Farm a magical setting for your big day!
Perth City Farm is a not-for-profit community organisation and unique urban sanctuary situated in East Perth. We have two stunning venues:
– Our large rustic barn opens onto a large courtyard surrounded by lush gardens to allow you both an indoor and outdoor setting for your event. Hire of our barn comes with the use of a commercial kitchen.
– Our industrial, warehouse style Art Room is perfect for slightly more intimate events, with access to an adjoining small courtyard that overlooks our nursery and fruit garden.
Both spaces have white-washed walls, industrial flooring, high ceilings and exposed metal beams, creating a perfect blank canvas for any event. We are completely BYO (food, drink, furniture, lighting)… no minimum spend! The site is accessible to all public transport and has ample parking close by.
We even offer a three-day wedding package; giving you a full day for bump-in, your event day and the morning after for bump-out. We would love to hear your ideas for your special day!
