An Ornate Pastel Baby Shower By the Sea

This baby shower might just be one of the prettiest yet! To celebrate the impending arrival of their baby boy, Nikki and Dane were treated to a beautifully styled event for 50 of their closest family and friends.

Set in the picturesque setting of the Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel in Sydney, Australia, a colour palette of pastel blues, creamy whites and pop of dusty pink set the scene for this afternoon soiree.

Guests sipped champagne while enjoying an array of delicious food, including paella, cured meats, cheeses, breads and fruit. Partygoers were also treated to an extravagant dessert table adorned with an array of decadent desserts—including cake pops, macaroons, chocolate-coated strawberries, and doughnut ice cream cones.

Florals crafted by Seed Flora stole the show, with stunning arrangements of orchids, hydrangeas, delphiniums, white calla lilies and roses adding a spectacular feature to the event styling.

Nikki says, ‘going through the pregnancy journey, I dreamed about a baby shower. I never knew if I would have one, so it was definitely a day filled with overwhelming joy and contentment.’
