Taking inspiration from local Melbourne markets and gardens, Zephyr and Bloom has a strong focus on sourcing from highest-quality local ingredients and developing combinations of unique flavours.
Zephyr and Bloom is located in Melbourne, Australia (and is willing to travel to Perth!) and specialises in wedding and celebration cakes, engagement and birthday cakes, creative vegan cakes and dessert tables.

Meet Zephyr and Bloom
Z&B started shortly after I moved to Melbourne in 2014. Like many cake businesses, it started as hobby but quickly flourished to became a huge part of my life building on my 10+ years experience working as a chef and pastry chef across London, Perth and Melbourne. I love creating specialty wedding and celebration cakes, engagement and birthday cakes, creative vegan cakes and dessert tables, and everything in between.
I believe a cake should always taste better than it looks, and with my strong focus on high quality, local seasonal ingredients and interesting flavour combinations, I bring that philosophy to every order. Inspiration comes from walking through the markets, down local streets looking in gardens or over hanging alley way. I love making my client’s celebrations that little bit more special bringing their unique vision to life.
