It’s sweet, refreshing, and oh-so delicious. Surely strawberry milk isn’t just for the kids, right?

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 cup strawberries, chopped | 1/2 cup sugar | 1 cup water | 1 1/2 cup whole milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small pot, heat strawberries, sugar and water together and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 10 minutes; by this time it should have reduced and thickened slightly. Using a fine sieve, strain the mixture into a separate bowl.
- Chill two small glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Add ¾ cup of milk to each class. Swirl in 3 tablespoons of your strawberry syrup into each glass of milk (use more or less depending on desired sweetness).
