Firstly, tell us a little about yourselves: We are Christopher Thomas & Byron Woolfrey, we like sunsets and long walks along the beach.

What is Trolley’d? Trolley’d is a mobile bar service that uses recycled airline trolleys to mix drinks from locally sourced organic, foraged and native Australian ingredients. We like to party ethically and sustainably, taking care of all of your beverage needs at your next event. Blog_Meeta_Trollyed_01 How did it come about? A combination of our combined extensive hospitality experience, the ability to use something designed so efficiently for another great purpose and the opportunity to create a sustainable work environment that isn’t costing the earth and allows our families to come and get involved.

What is the Trolley’d ethos? Learn, teach and develop. Appreciate the world which creates around us, only take as much as you need giving more back. Blog_Meeta_Trollyed_03 What is the coolest event you’ve worked at? Each and every event is different. We do a bit of work with the wonderful guys over at OzHarvest which is a great cause and they always put on a good party.

Any juicy stories you can share from a past event? What goes on at Flight Club stays at Flight Club. Blog_Meeta_Trollyed_04 What’s your favourite cocktail? That’s like asking Chris why his favourite pair of shoes is…It’s hard to have a particular favourite. It depends on the time of year, environment and produce available. As long as you use fresh ingredients the drinks should always be tasty. We do also drink a lot of beer…

What do you have planned for your HOORAY! workshop? To teach everybody how to get their party on at home, a whole heap of tantalising everyone’s tastebuds and making their dreams come true. Blog_Meeta_Trollyed_06 To find out more about Trolley’d, visit their website here.  Blog_Meeta_Trollyed_07
