A Spring Garden Mothers + Daughters Brunch

Located in a picturesque private garden in San Clemente, California, Jill Fawcett of Studio Mama’s dreamed up this mothers’ and daughters’ brunch with her friend and fellow mum, Laura.

The creative duo thought it would be a great opportunity to celebrate the blessing of their daughters being their friends as well as their family.

‘We are a multi-talented group of women, and I felt we could capture the love we have for each other, and the fruit of each of our hands,’ says Jill.

Inspired by spring, mothers’ day, tea and delicate china, Jill explains, ‘my florals, screen-printing and styling were included on the day. My daughter Jenna is an artist/illustrator/calligrapher, who designed the invites and helped me with the styling. Laura is a great cook/gardener, so we had the event in her backyard. Laura’s daughter Caitlin is a chef, who did all the food, and Maddie is the sweet assistant to her mum and sister. This was a great way to use our talents, as we celebrated the bond we all have.’
