Melbourne Mums; looking for a fun school holiday activity for you and your little one? Well, this one’s for you!

We’ve avid high tea fans. In fact, we think there’s nothing better than nibbling on a decadent spread of sweet delights, whilst enjoying the company of our nearest and dearest.

While often a luxury reserved for adults, The Langham Melbourne are providing little ones with the opportunity to enjoy a high tea themed entirely around The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—sounds super fun, right!?Langham Melbourne

If you were a child in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the names Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Raphael probably trigger instant memories of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (and not the Italian Renaissance artists after whom the turtles are named!).

With the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ latest movie, Out of the Shadows, it seems the turtles are enjoying a renaissance of their own.

The Langham’s event will see a spread of Donatello cupcakes, Raphael red-banded brownies, a Leonardo macaron decorated with his signature blue mask, as well as lemonade, hot chocolate, a green-hued jelly and our fave classic party treat—fairy bread!

There will also be miniature pizzas (Michelangelo’s favourite food!), chocolate-covered katanas made from pretzels, a healthy apple, and traditional cucumber finger sandwiches.

Children are also invited to dress up as their favourite masked turtle, which will make for the cutest high tea we ever did see!Langham Melbourne
