A Milk Bar Themed Kids’ Party

Okay, boys and girls, prepare your Pinterest boards because this milk-bar themed birthday is sure to inspire!

This sweet milk bar-themed styled shoot was dreamed up by Ash from Events by Ash Wood – and boy did she deliver with the delicious party of our dreams!

Featuring the cutest little chefs Sienna and Willa, we’re sure you’ll love this super-cure party theme—and get some great tips from Ash along the way!

The Styling

Ash explains, ‘Cubby houses are so on trend right now and we wanted to put our own vibe to it by creating a retro style Milk Bar that would be every little chef’s dream!’

Lucky mini chefs Sienna and Milla got to play in an amazing cafe cubby house, filled with beautiful cookies by SweetP Cakes and Cookies, decorated with balloons by Ruby Ju Events, with custom signs and menus made by HOORAY! favourite. Communicake It!

‘For the colour palette, we included natural shades of mint green, white, silver and grey’

‘I just love the mint green balloons adding pops of pastel across the milk bar set up and creating the illusion of clouds to complement our little cloud plates and napkins,’ Ash explains.

The Entertainment

We love the interactive nature of this theme; it’s more than just a colour scheme, it’s a day full of fun for the little chefs in your life!

Little chefs, Sienna and Willa got to dress the part as well, donning their own chef’s hats to bake some sweet creations with a custom baking kit from Bake Believe.
