As any long-time HOORAY! reader would know, we absolutely *love* any excuse to celebrate!
So naturally, Christmas in July is right up our alley!
It just so happens that one of our favourite Sydney-based venues, Q Station is hosting a Christmas in July event which includes a five-course degustation dinner matched to Manly Spirits cocktails (…we know right, how delicious!).
So, in celebration of Q Station’s upcoming Christmas in July degustation dinner, we’re sharing one of their super-easy cocktail recipes, the Oak Negroni.
Check out the simple steps below.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
– 30ml Barrel Aged Gin
– 30ml Montenegro Amaro
– 30ml Lillet Blanc
– Handful of ice
– Lemon for garnishing
WHAT TO DO
1. Fill your glass with ice
2. Add 30ml of Barrel Aged Gin, 30ml of Montenegro Amaro and 30ml of Lillet Blanc.
3. Give it a good stir
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge
