This might just be the prettiest pink princess party we’ve ever seen!
If you’ve got a little princess with a birthday coming up soon, read on – this is one down-right beautiful celebration you absolutely need to see.
The party was put together by the birthday girl’s mum, Brooke of Something White Events. When your mum is an event stylist, of course, your birthday is going to be something magical – and Millie’s fourth birthday was no exception.
A party fit for a princess
Brooke tells us, “The idea for this event started from the notion of a high tea. It is such a fun outing. So special. So grand.”
“I took my daughter out for her very first themed high tea as a surprise for her birthday. It was beautiful in every way from the experience to the sweets and the service – and everything in between! As fabulous as it was for me, it was just a little bit too mature for her.”
“Not wanting her to miss out on all the grandeur of such an experience, but still wanting it to make it age-appropriate, this adorable little party came to mind.”
“My little lady is really into anything pink and tulle, so it was a dream to put this together!”
The Styling
Brooke DIY-d a number of elements to bring the pretty pink party to life, creating wands for each place setting, placemats, gold chargers, calligraphy for the place cards, napkin rings, drinks, tags and even the crowns, which Brooke customised.
“The little ladies felt so special when they arrived at the party! They loved all of the princess details, especially the strawberry milkshakes. They were a real hit!”
She adds, “I absolutely loved the flowers for this event. I rarely get to use them for children’s parties but I think it really added to the theme and made the girls feel like it was a real ‘big girls’ party .. even though they were 4!”
