Shake and bake it up (literally) by toasting some marshmallows, then throwing them into a blender to create a crazy-delicious concoction that is so darn good, you’ll wish every day was National Toasted Marshmallow Day! You can thank us later.

Ages 12+

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

3 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream | 2 cups mini marshmallows | 1 3/4 cups full-cream milk | 1 cup whipped cream (plus a little extra for serving)

WHAT TO DO

  1. Toast your marshmallows until they’re golden brown
  2. Process the milk and cream in a blender until it is thick and creamy
  3. Add half of the marshmallows and puree for 5 seconds

AND THEN

Pour your shake into two chilled glasses and garnish with remaining marshmallows and a dollop of cream, then devour!
