WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream | 2 cups mini marshmallows | 1 3/4 cups full-cream milk | 1 cup whipped cream (plus a little extra for serving)
WHAT TO DO
- Toast your marshmallows until they’re golden brown
- Process the milk and cream in a blender until it is thick and creamy
- Add half of the marshmallows and puree for 5 seconds
Pour your shake into two chilled glasses and garnish with remaining marshmallows and a dollop of cream, then devour!
