The Grub Club launch was an intimate and exclusive event that aimed to promote the region of the Dandenong Ranges in Australia as a fantastic location to host a gathering. Local businesses and members of the community were invited to experience and help spread the ‘Grub Club’ word. The launch wowed guests and showed off the many talents of local businesses and suppliers working in the events industry.
Guests rolled out of the Emerald Community House Hall after feasting of a delicious menu that included canapés like Spring Pea and Lemon Arancini with Roasted Garlic Aioli, mains like Braised Gippsland Lamb Shoulder, Pea Purée and Fried Sage and Charred Free-Range Chicken Thigh with Lemon, Bay Leaf and Olives, and desserts like Lemon Meringue Pie and Rhubarb and Pistachio Cheesecake. It truly was a night to remember.
