WHAT YOU’LL NEED
30ml mandarin juice | 30ml grapefruit juice | 30ml Cointreau | 30ml gin | 1 cup ice | ½ cup salted popcorn | 1 egg white
WHAT TO DO
- Place the juices, Cointreau and gin in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously with ice.
- In a mortar and pestle, pound the popcorn until it’s a fine consistency. Using the egg white, rim the glass in a small bowl until evenly coated.
- Place the crushed popcorn in a flat dish and gently place the rim of the glass in the popcorn. Shake off any excess.
Strain into a prepared cocktail glass.
